KSD Resource Fair Update: T-Shirt Pickup & Clothing Donations

We’re getting ready for the Kearney School District Resource Fair and have a couple of quick updates to share with our families and community!

If you ordered a Resource Fair T-shirt, shirts will be available for pickup at Kearney Junior High from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday this week. Any shirts that are not picked up by Wednesday will be sent to your child’s school for pickup.

We are also continuing to collect gently used clothing donations to help stock the Resource Fair. Donations can be dropped off at Kearney Junior High from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. We are especially in need of women’s clothing in a variety of sizes.

The Resource Fair is all about making sure KSD students and families have access to the clothing, supplies, and other resources they need for a great start to the school year. Please email textora@ksdr1.net if you have questions.

We want to share a quick clarification about T-shirts for this week’s KSD Resource Fair:

If you purchased a T-shirt through our “Buy a Shirt, Get a Shirt” fundraiser:
Your purchased shirt is ready for pickup at Kearney Junior High today and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

If your family is registered to attend the KSD Resource Fair:
There is no need to pick up a shirt in advance! Your family will automatically receive a Resource Fair T-shirt along with your supplies when you attend the fair:

• Thursday, Aug. 13: 4-7 p.m.
• Friday, Aug. 14: 9-11:30 a.m.
